Kayla Audet

I am Kayla Audet, a 27-year-old fitness enthusiast, deeply committed to health and well-being. My athletic journey began in 2016 after a torn ACL, which led me to step away from competitive sports and turn to strength training. That’s when I realized that health is about both physical fitness and mental well-being. A year ago, I discovered HYROX and quickly fell in love with the sport and its supportive community. Today, I’m excited to help others reach their fitness goals and build a strong sense of overall well-being.

Tara Bouharevich

I believe fitness should help women feel strong and confident, not burnt out. Being an athlete my whole life, including competing as a national-level fencer, I’ve used movement as a tool for mental health and resilience. After navigating Crohn’s disease, long-term amenorrhea and insomnia, all now in remission, I’ve developed a holistic, balanced approach to training. I’ve seen first hand how the right training can support hormones, recovery and build a body that has you thriving. If you’re ready to train in a way that has you feeling and looking your best and fits your life, I’d love to work with you, signup for my classes or connect with me for personal training.

Kayla Audet
